| OSHA
30 hour training seminar objectives: |
| This
seminar is designed to provide comprehensive instruction on the construction
industry safety and health standards for construction workers. Topics
include
scope and application of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration
(OSHA) construction standards. Special emphasis is placed on those
areas that are the most hazardous in the industry using OSHA standards
as a guide. |
|
| Do
you need this training? |
Supervisors
are now being held responsible for on-site safety. Are you aware
that if you do not comply with OSHA’s “Construction
Industry Standards”,
you are subject to possible litigation?
| Ask
yourself: |
- Do
you have a safe work place?
- Have you
or your employees been properly trained in construction site
safety?
- Are you
prepared for a safety inspection by OSHA personnel?
|
If you
have answered “no” to any of these questions, you
should schedule this seminar for your group.
Thousands of workers are needlessly injured or killed in construction site accidents each year. In response to this high injury/death rate,
the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has established safety regulations called “Construction Industry Standards,” which require employers
to provide a safe work environment and to properly train their employees in safety procedures.
